MAKE THE NUMBERS CLEAR
How your MegaHub bill is worked out
What counts as a seat, what does not, and what happens when somebody leaves.
MegaHub is charged per user, per month. Your monthly total is your seat price multiplied by the number of users you are billed for — there is no tiering and no minimum, so the figure you see is the arithmetic you can check yourself.
What counts as a seat
| User | Billed | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Active | Yes | They sign in and work. |
| Invited, not yet signed in | Yes | The seat is claimed the moment the invitation goes out. Otherwise a desk of ten runs on a bill for six. |
| Suspended | No | They cannot sign in, so you are not paying for them. |
| Deleted | No | Not counted anywhere. |
Your price
Most brokerages are on the standard platform price. If you have negotiated your own rate it is set against your account, and it stays where it is when the standard price changes — an agreed price that quietly moved with a platform default would not be an agreed price.
