MOVE THE JOB FORWARD
Getting your data out
CSV exports of leads, quotes and orders, and what the file contains.
Quotes and orders both have an Export CSV button at the top of their list. The file opens cleanly in Excel — it carries a byte-order mark, so accented names and currency symbols are not mangled.
What you get
Every record you can see, not just the rows on screen. The export deliberately ignores the filters and column searches: a spreadsheet exists to do the analysis the table cannot, and starting that from whatever chips happened to be set produces a report that silently omits rows.
Very large books
Exports are capped at 10,000 rows. If yours is larger the file ends with a line saying so, rather than stopping silently at an arbitrary point and looking complete.
